Designing a database is HARD. The last time I built one from scratch was back in the late 1990s, for my dissertation research, and it was non-relational and with a different program. I know know more than I ever wanted to about various reference materials and online resources for kinesiology... not that I know much at all, but more than I did, and more than I ever have wanted to. Once again I am very late with last week's CSA: arugula, kale, savoy cabbage (I think), a bunch of radishes, 10 squash blossoms, 7 small onions, and about 2.5 lb. of peaches.

Saturday was the usual busy-chore day, with dog-walking, yoga, errands, and seven (!) loads of laundry.
